I perform flow analysis (CAE analysis) before die production and will grasp the problems of the shape early in future

 

By reflecting it to a die design based on the suggestion of the most suitable shape and the data which I analyzed

 

I aim at the reduction (lead time shortening) of the die correction number of times.
