We think that the origin of the manufacturing is for "originality and the improvement" since its formation. One solves one problem while regarding an inventive idea as important to suggest new value while satisfying the request of the customer. Process of the manufacturing
From a customer
I take the request well and suggest what a customer actually demands.
I participate in the exhibition as challenges from 2012 to the new field every year and have a valuable opinion.
①Product design
I try for a design to embody the ideal of the customer with a free idea power not to get snagged on a frame.
②Examination
I examine a design review or a line design well beforehand to become the product along the needs of the customer.
③Preparations for facilities
I make press molding and a die necessary for resin molding it.
I make a necessary jig to make a product.
④Production of parts
I resin mold it and make full use of various facilities including the compound molding, painting, laser material processing, PAD print and aim at the high parts production of the precision more.
⑤Imposition
An imposition process includes the imposition by the worker and the imposition by the own motive.
I perform the imposition that I introduced a robot into recently.
⑥Guarantee of quality
I prove that a product adapts to the request of the customer.

I authenticate quality management system ISO9001, 2015 and acquire it
In us, I authenticate ISO9001, 2015 and acquire it and perform thorough quality control. In addition, I utilize the technique such as PFMEA or the QA network now in a production preliminary stage and connect it with a poor activity to prevent and perform an activity of the thorough observance of the standard and an activity of the prevention of recurrence by the daily living activity and act for the making of better quality.
