The Matsuda Electric industry place is a company producing the switches for the car in Kasugai-shi, Aichi.

Secondary to "the first 5S Award" the half a year of from October, 2018 to March, 2019,

I carried out the activity called "the second 5S Award".

All employees worked on 5S (rearranging, order, cleaning, cleanliness, discipline) and performed the activity along five themes this time.

➂Activity to reduce a fresh start of the work

➃Activity for the productivity improvement

➄I work on maintenance and improvement

 

All teams were able to give result of higher quality than "the first 5S Award".

I make use of the experience that I cultivated in 5S Award and will work hard at work in future.
