I held "5S Award commendation ceremony".

I carried out the activity called "5S Award" in us in the half a year of from October, 2017 to March, 2018.
All the employees got united and worked on 5S (rearranging, order, cleaning, cleanliness, discipline) and gave big result.

A cost cut: 4,968,767 yen
Working hour shortening: 15, 897.16 seconds
The team which performed 5S activity to give a good example to other workplaces was commended, and the prize money and a shield were conferred.
