Introduction of the quality month activity

It is "quality month" every year in November.
This is aimed for uplift of the quality awareness, the wide spread of quality control activities activity.
I carry out following activities in the Matsuda Electric.
・A quality card with messages: Card with messages about the quality by all employees
・The raising of the quality flag, upbound setting: I install it in front of the front gate and each building
・A morning stand guard activity (every Monday): Morning stand guard activity by each section managerial class
・Quality patrol (every day): The spot patrol by each section
・Quality word broadcast (every day): I broadcast a word about the quality in a lunch break
The quality is one pillar of the corporate management.
I pressure it to work on it that a production section, an indirect indirect section are the feelings that I include it, and each one does not give quality malfunction and keep work in mind.
There are only 1 month left, but will aim at "quality malfunction zero" this year.
